  • Brainstorming sessions allow you to bounce ideas, troubleshoot problems, and open the door between stuck and inspired on any professional, personal or creative project. 

    Clients have also used these sessions to work through their sales pitches, practice speeches and presentations, and walk through their customer journey prior to launch.

  • Humans are better when our hearts are stimulated, our minds are engaged, and we’re supported by the people around us. I offer workshops and group coaching to businesses, organizations and social groups to spark personal growth while deepening cohesion inside of a collective.

    • 100-Day Sprint - A signature transformational coaching program where each individual defines a vision, creates and executes a plan while providing support and accountability to the group. Includes up to 10 in-house or online sessions, depending on your setup.

    I deliver a comprehensive report outlining the good, the bad and the ugly, and offer realistic solutions that can be implemented with speed.
